    Position Purpose

    • Supports Manager Manager by providing logistics, procurement coordination and analytical support; planning, directing and coordination of material and services procurement contracting, expediting and delivery analytics.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide logistics and procurement coordination and analytical support.
    • Perform Materials Analysis.
    • Assist with Materials Management.
    • Analyze services and materials demands to gain efficiencies.
    • Assists with RFP Administration to monitor the entire RFP portfolio.
    • Ensure consistency in RFP templates to gain efficiencies.
    • Provide Contract Administration Support support.

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Knowledge of Materials Management.
    • Knowledge of Expediting.
    • Knowledge of Contract Administration.
    • Must have SAP experience.
    • Must have strong computer analytics skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft, Project, Excel, and Word.

    Education and Work Experience

    • 5+ years in a Supply Chain experience.
    • Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting or related field required.
    • Experience in fast-paced environment.
    • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

    Certificates and Licenses Required

    • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) required.

    Working Conditions

    • The physical environment requires the employee to work inside an office environment, protected from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
    • The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.

    • Travel to job sites, storage areas and factories may be required.
