    Position Purpose

    • Developing market strategies in line with company growth and strategic plans and supporting a specific customer driven solutions globally and locally. Work closely with management and coordinators to develop and oversee representative relationships that leverage established sales forces in the region to create opportunity/revenue. Become the SME in as many disciplines as reasonable, so that incumbent has a high level of expertise to support the sales effort from a technical perspective.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Build a strong client relation network and identify of key target accounts throughout the USA for specific customer solutions regarding Technical Staffing and Vendor Surveillance Services.
    • Demonstrate effectiveness in developing new business and maintaining existing business through the ongoing development of successful sales and marketing tactics, but also as a result of personal relationships with clients.
    • Deliver the Annual Revenue Budget by securing customer orders in line with business strategy and budget plan.
    • Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support and relationship building.
    • Conduct weekly or bi-weekly sales/business development meetings and prepare the required documentation to report sales funnel to Velosi Management.
    • Follow the quote and sales process in place to achieve annual plan for revenue; maintain clear communications between business development and sales teams.
    • Review market analysis to determine client needs, volume potential, price schedules, discount rates, and develop sales campaigns to accommodate goals for the Company.
    • Review analysis of business development activities and forecast data to determine progress toward goals and objectives.
    • Develop / assist / participate / execute strategic plans in alignment with corporate goals and targets.
    • Document and organize feedback from customer interactions to identify opportunities for service delivery improvement and other technology and service opportunities; provide feedback to Operational Support staff and leadership teams.
    • Answer customer and local sales team questions and inquires about products, prices, availability, or credit terms.
    • Utilize automated systems to maintain customer records.
    • Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
    • Must maintain a strong focus on cross functional teamwork with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    • Knowledge of the technical staffing industry and 3rd party labor providers targeted specifically in the energy industry.
    • Must have analytical capabilities for customer needs assessment and solutions identification.

    Education and Work Experience

    • A bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • 10+ years of experience in an aggressive sales environment required in oil and gas industry.
    • Experience in sales related to technical staffing and vendor surveillance for energy industry, preferred.
    • Successful candidates must understand the services maintenance and construction industry and have a proven record of accomplishment, showing business impact and creative thinking.
