    Position Purpose

    Training Center Administrator provides administrative support work to assigned departments. Assist the department with a variety of duties such as scheduling, managing calls, prepares documents and presentations. Coordinates technicians work assignments and handles general billing and purchasing for department.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Answer and manage phone calls from customers ; manage inquiries for training and etc.

       

    • Obtain, track, and confirm customer purchase orders. 
    • Manage Accounts Receivables & Payables 
    • Handle all aspects of invoicing 
    • Handle all aspects of purchasing for TCSG.
    • Champion the departments travel “credit” card
    • Work with NDT method instructors for class preparation. 
    • Update classroom presentation materials as requested by instructors. 
    • Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness
    • Maintain classroom schedule and availability for use (training, other division meetings)
    • Handle customers inquiries that include billing and aging issues as needed.
    • Provide administrative assistance to TCSG Personnel as needed.
    • Make travel arrangements for personnel as required.
    • Organize, prioritize, and understand materials used for class room training and personnel examination.
    • Preparation of Quotes.

    • Must demonstrate flexibility, exhibit initiative, work well with employees and students.
    • To perform this job successfully, an individual must; have a complete understanding of products and services offered by each division or corporation; ability to build and maintain professional customer relations; excellent oral/written communication skills; knowledge of MS Office 2000 (Powerpoint, Word, Excel), MSOutlook, MAS 200 accounting software experience; Goldmine, copier, fax and phone; excellent phone etiquette; able to multi-task.
    • The individual must be customer service driven, teamwork and detail orientated, professional, upbeat, energetic, takes initiative, dependable, takes pride in work.

    Education and Work Experience

    • High School Diploma or GED degree or equivalent preferred
    • Minimum three years experience in administrative support

    Working Conditions

    • The physical environment requires the employee to work inside an office environment, protected from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to a busy office and shop environment.
