    Position Purpose

     

    • The purpose of the Expeditor is to assist the Program Manager and Project Manager in planning, directing and coordination of material and services procurement contracting, expediting and delivery

    Duties and Responsibilities

     

    • RFP Administration to monitor the entire RFP portfolio
    • Contract Administration Support
    • Analyze services and materials demands to gain efficiencies.
    • Ensure consistency in RFP templates to gain efficiencies.

     

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    • Not Applicable 

     

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Three (3) years of experience in Materials Management positions
    • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel and Word
    • SAP Experience

    Education and Work Experience

    • Technical/Associate’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
    • SAP experience.

    Certificates and Licenses Required

    • Certificate in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred

    Working Conditions

     

    • The physical environment requires the employee to work inside an office environment, protected from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes
    • The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
    • May be requested to work overtime and weekends occasionally
    • Ability to travel when required.
